WasteOps
Product vision & roadmap

What's built, and what's genuinely still being built.

Household waste management is implemented and demonstrable today — the core of WasteOps as it stands. Everything below is additive work on top of that — real commitments, not vague ambition, and none of it is built yet.

Coming next

Two capabilities in active development.

None of these are available today — each is listed honestly as upcoming, not shipped.

In development

Route Optimizer

Active, optimisation-driven route sequencing for an existing round — accounting for drive time, vehicle capacity and tonnage limits, access and road-width restrictions, traffic, and tip-site turnaround times, and proposing a better running order rather than just remembering how it was last driven. A deliberate, larger piece of work, not yet built.

In development

Contract-bespoke SLA reporting

WasteOps already tracks completion, exception, and statutory service data. What isn't yet built is reporting against one particular contract's own private KPI or penalty-point schedule — the packaging of a reporting layer that largely exists already, not a missing foundation.

Already true today

None of this is a reason to doubt what's already built.

Household waste management — refuse, recycling, garden, and food waste collections — is available now: implemented and demonstrable today, ahead of any customer deployment. Street cleansing and ad-hoc highway response exist as newer modules, still in development. FleetCheck, the DVSA-compliant digital vehicle walkaround-check tool, is also built — a separate add-on, priced competitively. The roadmap above sits on top of that foundation, not in place of it.
